The Village Council will hold a Special Council Meeting and Final Budget Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:01 p.m., at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, third floor, Council Chamber.

Road Closure Starts Tomorrow: SW 72 Ave, Tuesday to Friday

Pinecrest Drainage System Project: Milling & Paving Work. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 22, SW 72 Ave will be closed from SW 104 St to SW 98 St.

The closure continues through Friday, Sept. 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily, so crews can complete milling and paving. Residents of SW 72 Ave will have access to their homes.

Your Voice, Your Village Conversations with Council: October 8

Pinecrest is inviting residents to pull up a chair, share their thoughts, and help chart the Village's future. On Thursday, October 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Evelyn Greer Park, Vice Mayor Ken Fairman will host the next Conversations with Council, a free, open-floor event where residents talk directly with one of their elected leaders about the issues shaping daily life in Pinecrest.
