Polishing Pinecrest Drive-thru Recycling

Pinecrest is hosting a free drive-thru recycling event that includes electronics, chemicals, and clothing - all in one place.

The Polishing Pinecrest Drive-thru Recycling Event will take place at Evelyn Greer Park, 8200 SW 124 Street, on Saturday, April 20, from 8 am to noon. Start gathering your recyclable items and put them in your car. Just drive-thru, and staff will unload items.

You can conveniently recycle a variety of items, including:

•          Electronics: phones, printers, batteries, computers, televisions, and fluorescent bulbs.

•          Chemicals: paint, gasoline, caulking, aerosol cans, adhesive/glues, and household cleaners.

•          Clothing: Only clean clothes that are new or slightly used.

Items that are NOT accepted are ammunition, cylinders, smoke detectors, pesticides, herbicides, and oxidizers.
