Pinecrest is elevating its community identity through a strategic visual branding initiative that transforms traffic signal mast arms into a cohesive design element. By wrapping these infrastructure components in forest green – the Village's signature color – Pinecrest is crafting a distinctive and memorable visual landscape that instantly communicates the community's unique character.

This approach to place-making goes beyond mere aesthetics. The uniform green mast arms serve multiple purposes:

- Create a consistent visual identity that distinguishes Pinecrest from neighboring communities

- Enhance the sense of community pride

- Provide a subtle yet powerful wayfinding mechanism for residents and visitors

With the project approximately 25% complete and projected to conclude within six to eight weeks, Pinecrest is implementing a branding strategy that transforms everyday infrastructure into a canvas for community expression. 

The initiative is part of the 2024-25 approved capital projects. It aligns with Pinecrest's City of Happiness designation which promotes mental, physical, social, and economic well-being.
