Pinecrest Gardens Terrace and Ramp Renovation

The Pinecrest Gardens Lakeview Terrace and Ramp Renovations project includes the assessment of existing structures, geotechnical exploration, and mitigation of the subsoil conditions resulting in the failure of the foundation of the terrace and ramp. The repairs will consist of removing mosaic tiles, levelling floor of the terrace and repairing incline of entrance ramps. Mosaic tiles on the terrace will be replaced in the pattern in which they were originally installed.

The investigative phase conducted by an architecture firm specializing in historical properties is complete. They are currently working on the construction documents and an Invitation to Bid for the construction will be advertised in early 2024. It is estimated that this work will be completed by March 2025.
