AARP Smart Driver Course

The AARP Smart Driver™ is the nation's first and largest refresher course designed specifically for drivers age 50 and older. For more than 35 years, the course has taught over 16 million motorists proven safety strategies so they can continue driving safely for as long as possible. The Open Program (OP) balances traditional martial arts training with modern fitness principles. The OP is designed for kids and adults to enhance self-esteem, build confidence, develop discipline and learn self-defense while strengthening mind and body.
The Kickboxing program includes self-defense, mixed combination of boxing and kicking, as well as conditional, weight, agility and core training. The objective is to increase core awareness and to achieve high performance and coordination while increasing mind and body focus.

Tai Chi is a form of exercise that began as a Chinese tradition. It is based on martial arts and involves gentle movements and strength. Each class is led by a Tai Chi enthusiast and includes simple warm up exercises and movements based on the Yang style of Tai Chi. Pre-registration not required

Get ready for the ultimate pickle extravaganza every third Friday of the month. Join a community of pickleball enthusiasts as they gather for a thrilling evening of pickleball play. The pickle party alternates between Open-Play and Dinks and Drinks programs. On open-play nights, players stack their paddles in the rack and play against random opponents throughout the night. On Dinks and Drinks nights, players play a round robin tournament and will be paired with qualified opponents. Space is limited, participants must pre-register.

Pickleball Open-Play

Get outdoors and play for free! Pickleball is a wildly popular sport that everyone can play. This open-play program allows players to drop in and join other pickleball enthusiasts. No reservations required. When players arrive, they place their pickleball paddle in the paddle rack to determine the order of play. Alzheimer's Caregivers Group

Conducted by trained facilitators, the Alzheimer's Association Caregiver Support Group is a safe place for caregivers, family, and friends of a person with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other other related cognitive diseases to develop a support system, exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions, talk through issues, and discover ways of coping.
