Health Emergency Life Protection (HELP) Training Course

The HELP course will give individuals the skills to take immediate action to help victims of medical emergencies while responders are on the way. HELP teaches the lifesaving skills of adult and pediatric hands-only CPR, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) operation, early stroke recognition, stopping the bleed, and blocked airway emergencies for adults, children, and infants. This course includes an interactive lecture and hands-on skills education to make it informational, applicable and enjoyable for all attendees.

Note: This class provides an American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR certificate, and a course completion certificate from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. This course does NOT provide a Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification, as may be required for certain jobs or other activities. This is an awareness level course, NOT a certification level course.
