Zumba Gold is a free dance and exercise class for adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. at Evelyn Greer Park.
Instructor Cecelia Montesinos Richter will keep participants moving and engaged with gentle, easy-to-follow dance movements that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Participants of all abilities are encouraged to take part in this active engaging program. Participants with limited mobility can fully take part in the class while seated or holding onto a chair for support.
