Lacrosse
For girls and boys in grades 1 through High School. Miami Stone Crabs is a member of the South Florida Youth Lacrosse League. It is the longest running youth league in the state where teams can compete against other parks in a traditional league setting. The Miami Stone Crabs organize teams to compete against similarly structured recreation teams throughout the tri-county area. Summer travel teams begin training in May and are geared for players interested in more competition and advancing their knowledge of the game while representing Miami at the top tournaments in the Southeast US. Suniland Sundevils Youth Football and Cheerleading was created in 1968. The Sundevils are proud members of the Miami Xtreme Youth Football and Cheerleading League and the Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance. Super Soccer Stars - For boys and girls ages 2 through 10, the department hosts training programs lead by Super Soccer Stars. Super Soccer Stars’ goal is to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Every class follows the philosophy of using soccer to nurture, build self-confidence, and develop teamwork skills. The curriculum employs positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to ensure that each child improves at their own pace while having fun. Miami Premier - For girls ages 8 through 17. Miami Premier Soccer Club was established in 1998. At Miami Premier, it’s ALL ABOUT THE GIRL’s. For boys and girls of all ages. The David Ensignia Tennis Academy (DETA) is designed to meet each tennis player's optimal potential.
