Take our survey and help shape the future of Aleyda Mas Park

We’re excited to announce the launch of a community survey to gather your input on the future design of Aleyda Mas Park! This extraordinary 5-acre property, located at 11855 SW 60th Avenue, is a treasure trove of scenic trails, a serene lagoon, exotic trees, and a grand resort-style house with rich horticultural and historical significance. Formerly owned by the Montgomery family, founders of Fairchild Gardens, it holds a special place in our community.

We envision transforming this gem into a peaceful green space and indoor facility that reflects the unique needs and character of Pinecrest. Your feedback is essential in shaping this vision! By completing our short survey, you’ll directly influence the conceptual design, which will aid in the discussion at a public meeting in early February before final concepts are sent to the Village Council for consideration.

The survey deadline is Friday, December 20, 2024, at 4 PM. Don’t miss this opportunity to share your vision and leave a lasting impact on our community. Visit www.pinecrest-fl.gov/parks for updates and details.

Let’s work together to create a park that inspires and delights for generations to come!
