Affordable Housing

Section 166.0451, Florida Statutes, requires that all municipalities prepare an inventory list of publicly-owned properties which may be appropriate for affordable housing development and to conduct a public hearing to review that list. The Village reviewed all publicly-owned property and has determined that the Village owns no such property.
