Comprehensive Master Plan

The Comprehensive Development Master Plan is a long-range policy document that provides a vision and policy guidance for the management of growth and development in the Village of Pinecrest.  It includes goals, objectives, and policies within various chapters or "elements", including Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Public Facilities, Conservation, Recreation, Education, Intergovernmental Coordination, and Capital Improvements.  The Comprehensive Plan describes how land is expected to be developed, how land uses may change over the course of the planning period, and where and how additional services, utilities and transportation infrastructure are planned to support future development.
