Conditional Use

A conditional use is one that is suitable in a zoning district but not necessarily to every location within that district.  A conditional use permit is required for establishment of those uses identified in the Land Development Regulations as "Conditional Uses" and requires compliance with any conditions that may be imposed by the Village Council necessary to satisfy the criteria specified in Division 3.3 of the Village's Land Development Regulations.  

1. Applicants must provide two (2) copies of the fully completed Public Hearing Application  and include all accompanying documentation required for the application. 

2. Application must review and comply with Village of Pinecrest Development Review Process Handbook.

3. Applications for conditional use permits must comply with the Village of Pinecrest Land Development Regulations Div. 3.3 Conditional Use Approval.
