Public Hearing

Prior to taking action an any site plan having a Village-wide impact, any subdivision plat, any variance, any conditional use permit, any rezoning of property, or any amendment to the Village's Land Development Regulations, the village council shall hold a public hearing at which time all interested parties shall be heard. Notice of the public hearing shall be given as provided in Division 3.8.

1. Applicants must provide two (2) copies of the fully completed Public Hearing Application and include all accompanying documentation required for the application.

2. Application must review and comply with Village of Pinecrest Development Review Process Handbook.
