Variances

A variance is authorized to be granted by the zoning board for setback lines; lot width; street frontage; lot depth; landscape or open space requirements; height limitations; yard regulations; fences and walls; signs, and other matters specifically permitted as variances.  A variance may be granted, by only the village council, for off-street parking and the requirements of the floodplain management regulations. 

1. Applicants must provide two (2) copies of the fully completed Public Hearing Application and include all accompanying documentation required for the application. 

2. Applications for conditional use permits must comply with the Village of Pinecrest Land Development Regulations Div. 3.5 – Variances.
