Underground facilities include sanitary (force or gravity), water, gas, buried electric, telephone, CATV, communications, drainage facilities (any depth/width), exfiltration trench (any depth/width)
Above ground facilities
Pole – timber/concrete/composite - $300
Down guy - $100
Hand hole/valve box/access port/ARV/any other above ground appurtenance - $100
Inlet or Manhole - $300
DRIVEWAY APPROACH:

STREET PAVEMENT:
Full construction including subbase, base, asphalt or concrete

Street Name Signs, traffic, or directional signs, for each sign - $50
New Traffic Signals (including poles, signals, conduit, pull boxes, conductors, detectors, etc. for each intersection - $2,500
Upgrade or modification of existing traffic signals per intersection - $1,500
NEWSPAPER RACKS:
For placement of newspaper or newspaper storage racks at a given placement location defined as a location where no two racks are more than 200 feet from each other - $100
For each additional rack and within a-half-mile of another rack included in the same permit - $50
BRIDGES:
For bridge roadway area of 1,000 square feet or less - $2,000
For each additional 100 square feet or fraction thereof - $500
PENALTY FEES:
Work started without a permit - Regular permit fee X 2
Work continued after permit expiration - Original permit fee + permit fee for remainder of work
Final Inspection called after expiration of permit - $200
Re-inspection fee - $100
FEE FOR USE OF PUBLIC WORKS CONTROLLED LAND OR EASEMENTS:
Negotiated on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the Office of the Village Manager
PLAN REVIEW FEE:
Flat, Non-refundable - $100
