136th Street Bridge Construction

The Village will update this webpage with timely information about the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works Project to replace the bridge over the C-100A Canal on Southwest 136 Street from Southwest 72 Avenue to SW 70 Avenue. Construction began summer of 2024, and is expected to be completed by November 2025. These dates may be impacted by weather and the availability of materials and labor.

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON THE CURRENT STATUS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATES FOR EACH OF THE TRAFFIC CIRCLES:

SW 184 St and Old Cutler Rd: 03/05/2025 - Pending FPL connection for activation of streetlights.

SW 152 St and Old Cutler Rd: 11/30/2025 - Due to redesign caused by utility conflicts.

SW 136 St and Old Cutler Rd: 09/08/2025 - Pending removal of poles by FPL.

SW 67 Ave and Old Cutler Rd: 09/08/2025 - Pending removal of poles by FPL.
