Pinecrest Community Center

The Pinecrest Community Center provides a focal point for the community to meet and participate in personal enrichment programs, social activities, and creative programs, including active recreation, STEAM, arts, health, and fitness programs. The facility provides a state-of-the-art gym open seven days a week. It features a full line of cardio and strength training equipment, a dedicated stretch zone, full-sized locker rooms with showers, and personal trainers to help motivate and guide members to reach their fitness goals. Group fitness classes, youth and adult programs, an indoor play zone for youth and families, a café, rentable event spaces, and an extensive outdoor playground help ensure something for everyone.

Facility Rental Information

Oak Room Rental - $350 plus tax for 3 hours. Rental hours include your setup, party, and breakdown, and $75 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned clean and free of damage. The Oak Room can accommodate 61 guests and has up to fifteen (15) 8-foot rectangle tables and 61 chairs. Bounce houses with Oak Room rental are not permitted.

Pine Room Rental - $350 plus tax for 3 hours. Rental hours include your setup, party, and breakdown, and $75 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned clean and free of damage. The Pine Room can accommodate 56 guests and ten (10) 48-inch round tables and 56 chairs. Bounce houses with Pine Room rental are not permitted.

Palm Room Rental - $350 plus tax for 3 hours. Rental hours include your setup, party, and breakdown, and $75 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned clean and free of damage. The Palm Room can accommodate 62 guests and has up to fifteen (15) 8-foot rectangle tables and 62 chairs. Bounce houses with Palm Room rentals are not permitted.

Outdoor Patio Rental - $300 plus tax for 3 hours. Rental 3 hours include your setup, party, and breakdown, and $75 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned clean and free of damage. The Outdoor Patio can accommodate 61 guests and has up to fifteen (15) tables and 61 chairs. Bounce houses with Outdoor Patio rentals are not permitted.

Indoor Community Center access is limited to program participants and fitness center members only. Park visitors are welcome to use restrooms located next to playground.
