Is your permit about to expire?
You can request a permit extension for a non-expired permit to avoid fees and delays with your project. If your permit has already expired, you need to request a renewal.
Fill out an online form to request your permit extension.

A permit clerk will review your request and determine if your permit can be extended or if it requires a renewal or replacement permit. We'll contact you within three business days with an update.
Please note that extensions require a fee of $135.00 for 90 days.
Do you have an open permit that you would like to request to cancel or withdraw?
Permits require an approved final inspection to be considered completed. Requests that have not received an approved final inspection will be reviewed to determine if the request can be fulfilled. If you have an open permit you would like to cancel or withdraw, you can request that below.
Upload a notarized letter from the owner or contractor that includes the address, permit number, and reason for the request.
